INCABO S.A. has a long experience in the manufacture of technical fabrics for the production of belts. This range of fabrics is designed for a very specialised sector with high technical requirements. Our range of fabrics for this application is intended for the manufacture of V-belts, flat belts, synchronous belts, micro v-belts, rubber and polyurethane belts.

For the development of this type of technical fabrics, we work closely and jointly with our suppliers and customers to obtain the ideal article for each type of belt and for each manufacturing process.

Each fabric in this range can have different finishes, either coatings and/or impregnations (RFL), compatible with the types of elastomers used by our customers (Chloroprene, EPDM, Polyurethane, HNBR, NBR, natural rubber, SBR among others).

INCABO S.A. offers an wide range of specialised technical fabrics as reinforcements in the rubber industry, cord fabrics, leno among others . Our products are designed to provide strength and flexibility in the manufacture of tubes, hoses, gaskets, diaphragms and other components. By using high tenacity fibres and applying specific treatments to improve the adhesion between the fabric and the rubber (RFL or silanisation), we guarantee the necessary parameters for the manufacture of the final product.

Our presence in the military and police field, guarantees quality and reliable products. We create fabrics that provide strength, durability and functionality, without compromising comfort and mobility, used in tactical garments, combat gear, special bags and ruckpacks.

Incabo S.A.'s technical fabrics for this sector are aimed at the manufacture of garments for Firefighters, Forest Guards, Welders and Industry.

Our technical fabrics are certified under the specific standards of these markets such as: ISO 11612:2010 - ISO 11611:2008 - EN 471 - EN 1149.

Incabo S.A. produces a wide range of Cordura® fabrics, used in a multitude of products, ranging from luggage, backpacks, boots, gloves, footwear, protective workwear and sportswear.

The main characteristics of Cordura® fabrics are: great durability, high resistance to traction, tearing and abrasion.

We have a wide range of Cordura® fabrics,
1100 dtex, 770 dtex, 700 dtex, 560 dtex up to 370 dtex, Ballistic.

Different constructions: plaine , twill, rip-stop, stretch, bi-stretch, and different finishes: dyed, printed, coated, folded, laminated, foamized, waterproof, adhesive and flame-retardant, among others.

INFIT range of fabrics: stretch fabrics with polyamide, polyester and cotton mainly to guarantee durability and comfort.

Treated with special finishes such as water repellents that repel moisture, hydrophilic that absorb perspiration and even antibacterial treatments to maintain freshness, waterproofing, resistance to wind, cold and always providing the fabric with the perfect balance between technical performance and comfort.

FR-COMPOSPLY: Innovation in composting covers

STRAW BALE TARPAULINS

Our straw bale covers provide long-lasting protection with simple and effective installation.

High density raffia fabric, with a tenacity of 110 kg/5cm and anti-solar treatment and with a black polyethylene lamination we guarantee the opacity and resistance of your pile.

Resistant awnings with an exclusive design that allows the canvas to be fixed to the top of the bale, protecting it from inclement weather and exposure to the sun.

Our awnings come assembled, folded and packed with all the necessary accessories, polyester tapes, tensioning ratchets, hooks, clips, timbers and water spouts, for a quick, simple and effective installation.

THERMAL TENNIS

Tarpaulins designed to cover tennis courts and protect them from rain and frost -7ºC. Easy to install.

Design: Our exclusive design, manufacture and combination of materials (resistant to ultraviolet rays, high tenacity materials, membranes and non-absorbent fabrics) make our tarpaulins ideal for keeping tennis courts in perfect condition all year round, extending the life cycle of the courts by a few years, avoiding the dumping of salt during the rainy season at low temperatures.
The use of the Thermic Tennis covers saves on the maintenance of the courts (practically null after removing the tarpaulins), by not having to throw antifreeze (a daily consumable), and due to its longer life cycle by not having to change the deteriorated pad along with the clay of the same.

Thermic Tennis tires are able to withstand freezing temperatures down to -7 ºC.

Sizes: We adapt the manufacture of the tarpaulins to any size of back and aisles.
