RESISTANT COVERS, SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO COVER PILES OF: STRAW, HAY OR ANY FODDER KIND.
The exclusive cover design, allows you to set the cover on the top of the bale, avoiding the material deterioration due to the weather.

The woven raffia has a sunburn treatment and a black polyethilene plastic on the back face, ensuring the pile opacity.

The material used, very light, helps the cover placement.

The covers are assembled, folded and packaged with all the accessories: polyester bands, tensors, hooks, clips, woods and flashing for the immediate installation on the contryside.

SPECIFICATION FOR THE TIE UP:
The cover has black polyester bands with tensors crossing it from side to side, and these slip to tense the cover.

Every 160 cms there are polyester bands tied on a wood of 80 cm to distribute the tension.

These bands are designed to be fastened on the bale strings and totally tense the cover.

FLASHING SPECIFICATIONS:
The special fabric confection system facilitates the water evacuation draining by the sides cover.

15 m width x 15,42 m long 231 m2 (for piles of 4 bales 2,5 m x 10 bales 1,2 m)

17 m width x 15,42 m long 262 m2 (for piles of 5 bales 2,5 m x 10 bales 1,2 m)

22,50 m width x 15,42 m long 347 m2 (for piles of 7 bales 2,5 m x 10 bales 1,2 m)

The design of the hands allows to join several covers to get the necessary lenght to cover any pile.
